But isn't Arcane Ascension considered LGBTQ+ because of that one instance with the awkward classmate in book 1? I don't remember any other LGBTQ+ representation in the whole series.
There are a lot of LGBT characters but they don't remotely get in the way of the story, they just exist. One of them is the main character who is asexualish and bi. Which maybe bothers people since it's the main character. The agenda take is bullshit. The series has its problems, but the character sexuality just isn't treated like a big deal. Just gay or queer male identifying main characters in LitRPG and Progression Fantasy.
Not MM romances, just a queer male exisiting as the main character, though sometimes there may be a B-plot romance or chemistry. Characters who are a part of LGBTQIA+ recognition in entertainment media. LGBTQIA+ is an abbreviation for " Lesbian (L), Gay (G), Bisexual (B), Transgender (T), Queer (Q), Intersex (I), Asexual/Aromantic (A) and other identities (+) ". The main character, Corin, is asexual and panromantic, another main character is gay, and another (introduced in book 2) is non binary/gender fluid, who prefers to go by they/them pronouns.
For example, after writing Book 3, the next book featuring those characters might just be written exclusively from the perspective of Taelien, Lydia, Jonan, Velas, or even one of the other cast members like Landen. I am straight and I support diversity in fiction just as much as I do in real life. And if Sera did get an extra mana type, which seems likely for an Ascended Attunement, did she get any new special combined mana abilities like those of other basic attunements, and which ones did she get, and now need training in?
This aspect is just so in-your-face about it that I can't bear to read it. The one thing I miss about paperback is the covers, especially arcane ascension book they are this good. Since we do not know what mana types are in Biomancer yetit occurs to me to wonder if there could be an overlap with Ice and Spirit, either one of them, or BOTH. Up to point where I had stopped reading, by all accounts Corin is a homosexual.
Maybe we know more gay the forthcoming Book on Keras. Search for a book to add a reference. Thanks, Josh. Chronomaster for Corin would be an alternate possibility. Given the number of mana types, I think that there are more two mana type combinations theorectically possible than there are actual named attunements. My snark is indestructible. I'm a bit more conservative in the view of relationships, so your experience with it may be different, though we both do agree that the handling of Jin's character wasn't the best.
View all 4 comments. Contrary to you who was read hundreds of books, I was never much of a person to read books growing up. War on broken mirrors has so much potential to be an unbelievable saga i absolutely love the first two and cant wait for the third. To be honest though, I probably would have gotten tired of Jondalar plowing Alan if I had to read about it in almost every chapter.
I am hoping that their party members might reach or get close to Sunstone level while they are in Caelford; particularly if they do a main character Tower climbing trip. And it arcane ascension book 1 main character is gay give him some additional Mana types to use, particularly Spirit, since Shera already can do Ice. I actually like that sort of thing, but there are long sections of exposition that get a bit hard to stay focused on.
So the new first year class will probably be a LOT Smaller.
I have read all sorts romantic stories in them, be they primarily romance, standard, light, or none at all. Sufficiently Advanced Magic. Quite a well thought out comment there, I will applaud that. I closed my eyes for a moment, flexing my hands in the air and taking a deep breath. Remember that each additional Judgement trip is supposed to be harder. There for jins approach and powers could have skewed corrins reasoning.
